PLEASE NOTE: Rosate 20L may be dispatched as 4x Rosate 5L.
Rosate 360 TF is a powerful systemic penetrant total herbicide ideal for the spraying or control of most types of annual and perennial grasses and broad-leaved weeds. Containing 360 g/l of glyphosate, it can be used in wide range of agricultural, horticultural, forestry, amenity, and aquatic situations. Rosate 360 TF Glyphosate Weed Killer excels when applied to the ground in forests and on tree stumps prior to the planting of crops, for the destruction of grassland. It is also a popular solution for weeds on hard, permeable, and natural surfaces.
A soluble liquid concentrate which can be diluted in water, just one litre of Rosate 360 TF covers 1,000-6,000 m² at the authorised application rates of 1.5-10 l/ha.
This unique weed killer moves systemically within the plant to provide effective control of unwanted vegetation. Glyphosate, the active substance, is translocated to the growing points in the roots and prevents them from re-emerging.
Ideal for contract spraying or the management of large areas, Rosate 360 TF is best applied in good growing conditions (warm or humid) when the weeds are actively growing.
Rosate 360 TF is available in three pack sizes: | ||

Instructions for use
Where to use
Rosate 360 TF can be applied on several sites and surfaces including:
Crops (edible and non-edible) – Rosate 360 TF can be used on any crop prior to re-cropping.
Forest – Groups of trees growing in their final positions, for example, after leaving a forest nursery.
Grassland – Any land which has been created for grass production which may be grazed and/or cut for subsequent animal consumption.
Hard surfaces – Any impermeable surface not intended to bear vegetation such as concrete or asphalt and including railway ballast.
Land adjacent to aquatic areas – The bank of any water course or body of water.
Open waters – Natural or artificial bodies of water that drain to a water course or is used as a reservoir for domestic water supplies.
Natural surfaces – Any natural surfaces not intended to bear vegetation to include soil or natural outcroppings of rock.
Permeable surfaces overlying soil - Any man-made permeable surface such as gravel, that overlies soil and is not intended to bear vegetation.
Please consult the label for more information on where the product can be applied.
When to use
For best results Rosate 360 TF is best applied between March and October when grasses and broad-leaved weeds are actively growing. Perennial broad-leaved weeds are most susceptible when at or near flowering stage. Perennial grasses must have fresh, green, and vigorous leaves – usually 5-6 leaves. It is not advisable to apply the product when growth is restricted by drought, waterlogging, frost, very high temperatures, or natural dieback.
Apply Rosate 360 TF when no rain is expected for preferably 24 hours (or an absolute minimum of six hours). Do not spray in windy conditions.

How to use
Conventional vehicle mounted or handheld spray equipment - apply at a rate of 1.5-10 l/ha in 80-250 l/ha water using a medium or coarse spray quality nozzle.
Conventional rotary atomisers - use a spray volume of 10-40 l/ha.
Stem injection - use 2 ml of neat solution for stems up to 10 cm diameter.
Weed wipers - use 1 part Rosate 360 TF to 1-2 parts water (dependent on weed wiper type and weather conditions)
Situation or type of weed | Application rate | |
---|---|---|
Annual weeds | 1.5 l/ha | |
Perennial grasses | 4.0 l/ha | |
Perennial broadleaved weeds | 5.0 - 6.0 l/ha | |
Rhododendron | 10 l/ha | |
Grassland destruction | 1-2 years old | 3 l/ha |
2-4 years old | 4 l/ha | |
Long leys (4-7 years old) | 5 l/ha | |
Permanent grassland | 6 l/ha |
**Use Rosate 360 TF with Companion Gold for improved uptake, particularly when rain is expected; faster speed of action; and to reduce required glyphosate rates.**
Additional Information

Active Substances
Glyphosate
Bio-Chemical Mode of Action: Glyphosate belongs to the Inhibition of Enolpyruvyl Shikimate Phosphate Synthase (ESPS) group of herbicides.
ESPS herbicides work by shutting down the shikimate pathway which is used in the production of the proteins it needs to grow and survive.
Mobility: Glyphosate is a systemic penetrant which means that the active substance can be translocated downwards through the plant within the phloem (sugar conducting tissues) and upwards through the plant within the xylem (water conducting tissues).
Application timing: ESPS herbicides are best applied when the weeds are actively growing. They are generally more effective when target plants are younger and in their vegetative phases.
Resistance: As of 2018, 38 weed species distributed across 37 countries and in 34 different crop and 6 non-crop situations had been identified.
