Description
NovaTec® N-Max 24-5-5 is a high-quality fertiliser with a nitrification inhibitor to reduce nitrogen leaching and increase fertiliser efficiency. It can be used on grassland, grazing paddocks, pastures, and hay fields. NovaTec N-Max feeds grass for a period of 4-10 weeks and is formulated to be low in potassium and phosphorus so is ideal for use on soils with a good supply of these nutrients. Two sources of nitrogen are used in the fertiliser alongside the nitrification inhibitor to ensure even nutrient release over a 4-10 week period.
Each granule of NovaTec N-Max fertiliser contains the three major nutrients, nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium which support strong, healthy leaf and root growth and improve stress resilience. Magnesium and sulphur are also included in the formulation to assist with photosynthesis and effective use of nitrogen.

How to use:
- Apply evenly avoiding overlapping or missing areas using a suitably calibrated spreader at a rate of:
- 10-20g/m² for grazed grass
- Up to 40g/m² for hay production
- If no rain falls during the 24 hours after application, irrigate the treated area thoroughly
- Remove animals from application area until granules have fully dissolved
- Do not apply in frosty weather or in severely hot or dry conditions

Delivery & Returns
Any applicable delivery charges will be calculated at checkout. Certain products qualify for next working day delivery if ordered before 1pm, excluding bank holidays and the festive season. Please be aware that deliveries to remote areas, including the Highlands and Cornwall, may take longer. Additional charges apply for non-mainland locations — please contact the office for further details, or you can learn more about our delivery options here.
A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available, you can leave a signed note for the driver requesting the parcel be left in a secure location without a signature. However, please be aware that this is done at your own risk and is subject to the driver's discretion.
For large orders, please be aware that if you require a smaller 7.5 tonne lorry, the maximum weight for pallets is 750kg - otherwise the standard pallet size limit of 1000kg applies.
Please note for deliveries that require a pallet, the pallet/packaging itself is the customer's responsibility and will not be uplifted or taken upon delivery.
